BW FRUIT BOMB is a *Saccharomyces cerevisiae* strain developed and selected by Enolife’s R&D team through an oenological screening program aimed at identifying biotypes that produce high levels of benzenoids and fermentative aroma compounds. Designed for low-temperature fermentations, it delivers its full potential in the production of fresh, intensely fruity red wines that are highly drinkable. Its high fermentation efficiency ensures steady kinetics, preserving the wine’s varietal aromatic profile while enhancing it with intense notes of red fruit, forest berries, and spices.
