OTASORB
OTASORB’s chemical-physics characteristics give to this product a high capability in removing Ochratoxin A. Experimental studies, and on field experience, showed that it is able to reduce Ochratoxin A concentration more than 80%. Furthermore OTASORB is able to adsorb oxidized tannin complexes (in particular the one with adsorbance at 420nm), phenolic acids and instable colour compounds, reducing a lot oxidation and precipitations. Thanks to its low capability in adsorbing aromatic molecules, OTASORB has got a very low deodorising affect.
